B&W: Children Use Coffins as Shelter, Eat Dead Bodies for Food, and Wear Clothing of the Dead to Keep Warm

Many years ago I saw an old black and white horror movie and one scene in particular has stuck in my mind.

A man finds these seemingly homeless children and asks one of them where they get their food. She says: 'From boxes. Food comes from boxes and clothes come from boxes', and then she points to a nearby graveyard.

Apparently the children dug up graves, built their shelter from the wood coffins, ate the dead bodies for food and used the clothes to keep warm.

Nobody I know remembers this movie. A bazillion kudos to anyone who can tell me the title!
