B&W: Drowned Woman Comes Back as Skeleton

I believe the movie was in black and white and the woman's name is Eve.

She is having a get together with some men that are drinking and she gets knocked out. They think she's dead, put her in a car and push it in the river. She is actually alive and drowns, then comes back as a skeleton to take revenge.

There's a scene where she's walking down the stairs and at first you just see her skeleton hand.
