B&W: Possum Brooch Crawls Up Woman's Coat

Does anyone remember an old black & white movie or horror short about an evil brooch that looked like a possum?

A woman wears it on her coat and throughout the show it seems to move higher and higher, as if it's climbing up her neck.

Eventually she grabs the back of her neck and screams, and we know the brooch got her.

That's an episode of Night Gallery called 'A Feast of Blood'. Season 2, Episode 15. You can watch it at Hulu. That brooch creeped me out for years, too!
