B&W: Puppet With Drill Head

This distant memory of a 50's black & white, subtitled (Czech?) film or short used to keep me up at nights.
A puppet with a drill for a head, like Tunneller from the Puppet Master films, lives in a castle and communicates with his master through telepathy.
If it is one of the Puppet Master films, I apologize. I just remember it being an old movie and so I dismissed it.
