B&W: Scientist And Others Seek Refuge From Zombies in Fallout Shelter

I have seen this old black & white zombie B-movie several times but not in a few decades. I remember it had a popular B-movie actor in it.

A scientist, his girlfriend and some other folks seek refuge in a fallout bunk/lab where they trap a zombie by digging a pit of plaster that hardens.

They then perform frequency/pressure experiments to find something that kills the zombies.
