B&W: Woman Terrorized By Pig Faces, People Hanging From Tree

My older sister took me to see a black & white horror movie in the early 70's and I'm trying to remember the name.

It takes place in an old two- or three-story isolated mansion. Outside the house is a tree and the woman inside is being terrorized. At times she sees a person hanging from the tree, and other times pig faces pop up outside the windows. The outside atmosphere is dark, damp and foggy.

I think someone is trying to drive the woman crazy.

This has been bugging me for years - any ideas?
