B&W: Woman's Head Cut Off by Frankenstein-Type Monster and Sewn Back On

I once saw a black & white movie about an engaged couple and a Frankenstein-like monster that has a crush on the woman.

The woman's head ends up being cut off and sewn back on. In the end, the couple is on a boat in the fog and the monster finds the woman in her cabin. He ends up fighting with her fiance and I believe one of their heads is cut off as well.

There may have been a walking hand in the movie but I'm not 100 percent sure.
