Camp Counselor Kills Female Camper with a Drill

I was young and watched a horror movie Probably 7-10 yrs ago. All I can remember about it is:

It took place in a camp, maybe a girls camp, and the kids were being murdered by the camp workers. I remember there was one particular girl who got really scared and wanted to go home, so one of the instructors agreed to take her home. While both of them were setting in the car talking, the instructer reached in the back and got a saw or maybe even a drill and killed the girl.

This is all I can remember and for a long time I've tried to remember the name, but I can't for the life of me.
