Cannibals Kill Lost Teens on Rural Back Roads

I watched this movie a few years ago but I cannot remember the title.

Several teens take a car ride through some rural roads and become stranded. One teen comes up missing while they go in search of a telephone to use to call for help.

Later in the movie the remaining teens find a delapidated house where it seems no one has lived in in years. One teen opens the refrigerator and discovers human remains used as food for the odd looking cannibals. The cannibals come home while the kids are inside so the teens try to hide.

Later in the evening as the teens try to escape they come upon a fire tower and climb to the top with the hope of finding a radio to call for help. One of the cannibals has a freaky laugh as he comes face to face them. I don't remember how the movie ends.
