I'm pretty sure the film you are talking about is actually called "Dumplings," and is part of the Asian horror anthology movie "3...Extremes," which features three short Asian horror films. However, there is also a feature-length version of "Dumplings" so that might have been it too. It features an aging actress who eats dumplings made from aborted fetuses in order to appear younger and regain her husband's attention, though it ends up having some weird effects on her.
