Cannibalsim with Dumplings

Hi--

I'm looking for an Asian horror movie, I think it's from Japan, that takes place mainly in a house with an evil mother (or stepmother).

I believe there is a scene towards the end which suggests the dumplings the woman is eating are the children (or someone). It is not the South Korean film, "A Tale of Two Sisters", as I just watched it and there were no dumplings.

Does this sound familiar at all? Maybe I'm imagining the dumplings...
