Caucasian/Asian Demons With Huge Spikes Coming Out of Their Hands

A friend of mine recently saw part of what looked like a brilliant horror film and we are trying to find the title so we can see it in its entirety.

Caucasian/Asian Demons invade the earth.

In one scene we cannot see the Demons but they shoot a row of people in the road. We can see the bullets hit the people but not the Demons.

The Demons also have enormous spikes coming out of their hands which they use to impale people.

If anyone knows what film this is, I would be extremely grateful as I have searched for a while without finding anything.
