Chair Comes To Life and Eats Girl

This was a direct to video haunted house movie that came out in the late 80's or early 90's.
In one memorable scene, a woman is sitting in a big wooden chair with a bear head carved into the top. The chair comes alive with the arms becoming real bear arms, and it kills and eats her.
Any ideas as to the name of this?
