Chicks Test Each Other's Blood With Coat Hanger

Okay.. when I was a kid I remember seeing a weird '80s or early '90s movie where a nerdy girl goes to a house where three or four other women live (they dress skimpy). They constantly pick on her for not being cool, but she still sticks around for some reason.
She ends up meeting Satan (I am guessing) and makes a deal with him in the basement. She becomes a hot babe and the other chicks are like "Whoa, who are you?" and she tells them she is the nerdy girl's sister.
At some point she transforms into a beastly monster/creature and kills off one of the other chicks (still wearing skimpy clothes as a monster, lol). And she turns back into her nerdy self sometimes.
At one point, one of the chicks says that they need to test each others blood to see which one of them is the beast. She heats up the end of a coat hanger while the other chicks are bleeding out graphically (into a KFC bucket?) and some weird little eyes pop up.
That's all I can remember, I was only 6 or so when I saw this. Any ideas?
