Child Adopted For Purpose of Killing Family Members

I'm trying to remember a 90's movie about a family that adopts a child.

The premise is the child might be crazy. Throughout the film, it seems the child is trying to murder his new family.

In the end though, we find out it is the family members trying to get the adopted child to kill the other famkily members.

Can someone help me remember the title?
