Child Ghost Under Church Bell

Hey, a long ago I saw a move (80's) where the plot revolved around a child ghost trapped underneath a fallen church bell.

I want to say it was put out by Disney but I may be way off base. Its not really gory or anything but to a 10 - 13 boy it was pretty creepy. Any ideas?

I've tried to find out what this film was called for years on and off - asked at various film shops, spoke to friends and family. I was beginning to think I was imagining seeing it. So glad to finally know what the film is called after all this time.

The Watcher in the Woods (and I think it was a Disney film)

I remember watching this as a kid and it was pretty creepy - about a girl who disappeared when her and her friends held some sort of seance and one of them "broke the circle".

Years later a family move in to the house and the children start to see her - they work out what happened and get the old friends back together to recreate the seance and bring her back - the bell part I think was something that happened during the seance (I remember the bell but not sure of it's significance)
