Child Models Sacrificed to Bring Satan Back

I'm trying to find this movie I saw a long time ago that I thought was very interesting.

It's about a young girl about twelve years old. She's walking through a museum and this guy starts taking pictures of her. Mysteriously the photos end up at the girl's house, and before we know it, she's in a European town with her father and a modeling contract.

Eventually we find out she's one of a group of beautiful children about to be sacrificed in order for Satan to rise again.

There's a creepy scene with a dead rat, and also some incredible photo shoots.

Does this movie ring a bell with anyone? I'd love to know the title.
