College Girls at Haunted Mansion and Song 'Morning is Broken'

My brothers made me sit with them to watch a crazy '60s or '70s movie once involving high school or college girls who to to this huge house and weird stuff happens.

There's a cemetery and a girl goes outside and she's standing on the grass and something drags her underground.

The thing that really stuck with me is the weird song that played the entire time. I think it was 'Morning Has Broken'. I've hated the song ever since!

Any ideas?
