What is the name of a movie where this girl and her college roommate visit her family and this killer shows up and murders everyone except the two girls?
It turns out the killer is the roommate. She's completely nuts and ends up in the psycho ward. She's a petite lesbian with short, blonde hair and speaks with an accent.
