Coma Victim Wakes Up Evil

The film's either 70's or early 80's, a comatosed guy in some kind of cryogenic chamber suddenly shows signs of life, setting off a yellow flasher on top of his cryo tank.

He fully recovers but turns cold and evil as his soul has left his body. He turns against family, etc.

The film ends with many of the remaining cryo units flashing their yellow beacons at once (i.e. they've all 'woken up'). It's very similar in nature to the Oz film Patrick.
