Couple Flies Away in Helicopter With Zombies Below

I'm trying to remember the name of an 80's zombie movie, but I can only remember the end.

A man is flying away in a helicopter holding onto a woman who is outside of the copter. As they are flying away with the zombies underneath them, the woman loses her grip and falls to her death.

She then wakes up as it was all a dream but things start happening that happened in her dream leading you to believe her dream is about to come true.

That's all I remember. Any help would be appreciated.
