Couple Haunted by Ghosts from an Abandoned Prison

I'm looking for the title of a horror movie that I saw some time ago. It has a couple that are in there early 30's and they go to stay at a cabin, in a place which looks like the woods.

The woman decides to explore the surrounding area and finds an old abandoned prison and has to cross a small bridge to get in there. I think there was an old man that warned her not to go there. The prison has ghosts of convicts in there and they follow the woman back to the cabin and try to kill her.
