Couple in Mansion Has Nightmares of Killing Each Other

I saw this 90's horror movie years ago where a group of friends go inside a mansion. The group splits up and everyone starts experiencing nightmares. One couple starts to have nighmares about killing or hurting one another. I'm not sure if it's the house or them.
