Couple in Motel Terrorized and Watched on Camera in Late 2000s Film

I am looking for a late 2000's movie about a couple at a motel and "bad guys" outside that scare them by pounding on the door and walls.

They are also being watched and there are cameras in the room. In the end, the girl is in the ceiling and then runs out.
