Couple in New Apartment Building Find Dead Bodies in Walls

I watched this horror flick a couple years ago where a couple moves into a new apartment building where the husband just got a job. The wife is stuck at home left to be spying on her neighbors. She begins jogging with one of her female neighbors and then the girl goes missing.

Basically the woman who is lonely becomes extremely nosey and finds a whole set of floors no one lives on and tunnels in the walls. Later she and her husband find at least hundreds of bodies lined up in the walls along with this crazy creature thing.

They try to kill him but he gets away.

Any ideas?
