Couple Making Out Killed by Scientist's Explosion

Hi all, I am trying to find a movie I saw when I was a little kid about a scientist killing people with bombs.

I remember the first scene is of young people making out under a stadium and they are killed by an explosion.

Somebody please help! Thanks
