Couple Runs Behind Barn with Zombies in the Yard

I'm looking for the title of a horror movie. It came out around the time of 28 Days Later, and resembles it greatly. It was made in either England, Ireland or Scotland... I can't be sure.

I can't remember exactly how it started out, but it had a really slow start. There weren't very many actors in it either. it was set in a small town in England that was slowly being eaten by zombies. There was a main couple which I'm sure is the same couple as in 28 weeks later, and they are chased from their home.

In one scene you see the couple running in back of a barn and there are zombies walking in the yard in front of them. The whole time it looks as if they were in a farm town.
