Crazy Boy Lives In The Walls

My father told me about this horror movie, saying that it was really creepy and that I should see it! I've looked everywhere and can NOT for the life of me find it! So I'm going to ask here just in case some of you may have some insight!

Here's the question. I can't find the name of a movie about how this little boy who was dominated by his mother throughout his entire life and never let him outside. One day when he sneaks outside he meets a girl and thinking he is playing with her, throws her down a well! He tells his mother about what he's done and she tells him to get into the walls and to never come out again. For the rest of the boys life his mother cares for his needs while he lives inside the wall but when his mother dies he goes crazy, not knowing how to do anything for himself. Pretty soon a new family moves into the house and he begins to terrorize them!

I really want to see this movie, so if anyone has any knowledge about it, I'd appreciate an answer!
