Crazy Little Girl Kills Laweless Men Who Break In

What is the name of the 70's or early 80's horror where three or so men are either on the lam or just generally psychotic derelicts break into a creepy old isolated house with a little dark-haired girl with bangs living in it?

I'm not sure why the break in - maybe to hide from the police, but it turns out the little girl is quite a psycho in her own right and ends up killing most or all of them.

One is killed with an old fashioned razor that cuts the back of his neck. In memory it stands out as a particularly gruesome scene on all levels. One may have been killed with an axe?

I also remember a scene with a grave or graves being dug outside the house, but whether this was the men or the girl doing it I'm not sure. I think the girl manages to hide at least one of the men she kills before the others catch on.

It's definitely not The Little Girl Who Lives Down The Lane (1976).

I'm curious to know the title as well as who directed it, etc. Despite being a midnight session with friend and popcorn it was one of those movies that I couldn't completely forget over time (though I seem to have done an admirable job of forgetting the title and numerous crucial details).

I have a dim memory of there being some stupid tag line about these fellows coming up against an innocent girl who turns out to be a nutter, but that could be my imagination.

If anyone can please help, I'd much appreciate it. This one is driving me crazy!
