Crazy Trucker Kidnaps Woman

What is the movie where a couple is driving somewhere, and having an argument because she is cheating and wants to break it off with him?

They are stuck in a traffic jam and the guy thinks he sees a naked woman in the back of a truck. He tries to get a closer look by snapping a photo with his cell phone. He finds out later that the blurry white image was in fact a girl's hand reaching out for the camera.

Long story short, the girlfriend gets kidnapped by the dude driving the truck and the boyfriend tries to find her.
