Creature Feature with a Beast in a Cave

I've gotten help from the Horror Brain Trust before, and I'm looking for help again with another movie.

Well this one is a creature feature where a man takes a woman into his home then ends up locking her in a room and trying to whip her with his belt when she throws hydrogen peroxide in his eyes (well, I guess it was hydrogen peroxide).

Anyway she gets out and runs down to a cave where she discovers a beast that the man knows about...
