What is the 70's horror film about some young adults from a nearby town that break into a mansion on halloween? Unbeknownst to them there are creatures living in the mansion, which has all these secret passages.

One scene, there's a girl sitting on a bed and behind her you see the carpet start to rise from the floor as a creature surfaces from one of the secret passages.

In another scene, the victim is being chased around in a garden maze.

This movie was the first movie to ever seriously creep me out and I'd like to find it. Please help!
