Creepy Clown Doll Sings Creepy Song

There is a movie from the 70's maybe that I am looking for. It is about a group of people in a house where there is a creepy clown that sings a creepy song. I remember someone being killed in a bathroom.

At the end of the movie the main character sees the doll in a store window then gets hit by a bus and dies. I believe the group of people in the movie that get killed at the house are in the radio business or something to that affect.
