Creepy Old Woman Scares Young People in Old Hotel

There's a 90's movie about a group of young adults headed up to an old house or hotel.

At one point they are all standing in the kitchen talking, when they notice an old woman looking at them.

In another scene, they are upstairs walking into a room and the door slams before the last person walks in. He looks down the hallway and sees the old woman standing there looking at him, then moving toward him.

What is the title - any ideas?
