Creepy Trailer With Children Counting in Background

My roommate and I were talking about scary movies tonight, and she was trying to remember the name of one that would scare her even when the preview came on TV, but unfortunately she remembers very little about it.

What we have is this.

- It's within the last 5 years we're guessing.
- The background music throughout is children singing numbers in an abnormal tone.

I already guessed any of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies and she said that it wasn't like that, it was just something subtle in the background of the trailer but it was enough to make her skin crawl.

I'm sorry that this is all I have to go on, but any help would be appreciated.
