What's the film called where a man and his daughter kidnap boys who break her heart, drill holes in their heads and tie them to chairs and nail their feet to the floor?
Then after they throw them in a cellar and make them eat each other. One boy tries to escape and shoot the father. The daughter then runs after the boy but she gets run over.
