Dad Pours Gasoline Down Hole To Kill Little Creatures

There's a movie I can't remember the name of where a family moves into a house and the little girl hangs out in a playhouse in the back yard.

Evil little creatures befriend the girl and end up killing her cat. Apparently they had also killed the boy who lived there before. The boy's sister is now old and lives in the looney bin where she draws pictures of the creatures for the doctor.

The creatures want the new little girl so they tie the family to their beds and try to burn down the house like they did before. The old lady helps them find a way out using a tunnel under the house. The dad then pours gasoline down a hole and sets the creatures on fire.

Does anyone remember what film this is?
