Dead Sends E-Mails

Does anyone know the name of a somewhat recent horror flick about evidently someone who is dead that is sending e mails to people. I believe they can send them even when the computer is off and unplugged.

Also is it any good?????

It is Palus I went to go see it when it first came out and it sucked. It wasn't scary at all and the shit looked fake. It was by far the worst movie I have ever seen.
