Dead Woman Propped Up Against Wall in Majorette Costume

I saw a movie on TV in the 70's about a crazy old woman that kills her blonde daughter (?) and stages her body standing up against a wall in a Majorette costume.
A man walks in and sees this, and that the old woman has gone crazy.
