Dear Zombie Master: Which Country is Best Equipped?

Dear Zombie Master,

You are a God. My question is: Of all the countries in the world, which do you think is the best equipped to survive the hoarde?

Coming from the UK, I think our chances of sustained revolt are pretty slim; guns and machetes are not easy to come by and I don’t think the threat of a good old-fashioned cricket bat or yard brush would curb the zombie mob’s blood lust.

I have to admit that with the US Constitution allowing for the owning of guns (at least for now) and the fact that the majority of our population is armed, legally or illegally, as far as shear firepower goes we do have the advantage. However, the UK has a very well supplied, and rather up to date I might add, military and you guys do not have as much acreage to clear out (the US has to consider undead Canadians and Mexicans in any defensive strategy).

I also have high hopes concerning Australia. Although they do have a vast amount of land, they do not have very many heavily populated areas and most of those are along the coast. I see places like Sweden, Switzerland and France falling rather quickly which would give most of Western Europe a large number of zombies to eliminate, although if the French undead give up as quickly as the French living it might not be that difficult. But I digress. In the end, I see the US, the UK and Australia leading the charge to clear out the beasties.
