Dear Zombie Master: Zombie Babies

Snack Time!
Dear Zombie Master:
I know that this was semi-addressed in one of your previous questions, but I would like a little more explanation if possible.
With regards to zombie babies, how do they survive? I have been having some discussions with friends of mine regarding this very thing. I have one group of friends leaning towards the theory that newborns and young babies do not have teeth, and since you stay the same as when you were changed, zombie babies do not have teeth. I, and another group of friends believe that all zombies have teeth. Which group is correct?
Thank you!
Matthew
Matthew,
The two most well known films featuring them, Dead Alive (Braindead) (1992) and Dawn of the Dead (2004), are really not much help in answering this question. Dead Alive has a zombie baby with jagged teeth and DOTD has one with no teeth (I believe, but it has been awhile since I have seen it.) There is a film that came out in 2011 titled Zombie Babies that is in my stack of stuff but I have not seen it yet.
I have to admit that I have not done a lot of research in the "zombie baby" field, mainly because they do not pose a substantial threat. I would worry more about the parents being able to run me down than the baby crawling me down.
Good hunting and aim high,
The Zombie Master
