Death Row Inmates Escape and Take Cannibalistic Family Hostage

There was a movie that came out in late '99 or early 2000 about two brothers who were on death row and escape on the night of there execution. They go to a suburb and take what they think is a normal family hostage, but the family is actually a family of cannibals and they keep there food/victims in a elaborate maze of dungeons under there house.

At the end of the movie everybody dies.

If anyone has even a clue what this movie is I would really appreciate it because it is driving me crazy. I need to know the name of this movie!
