Demon Named Eliza Searches For Lost Love at University

There's a movie I saw a long time ago. It was in color and it started off with a group of people and a science professor looking for something.

They stumble upon a cemetery and somehow bring to life a statue on one of the graves. I think her name is Eliza and she goes on to kill the old professor.

Throughout the film, Eliza switches between human form and demon form. I think she kills people by kissing and/or decapitationg them.

At one point, Eliza's wandering around a university campus. In the end, she meets her demise in the library. I think she may have been searching for her long lost love.

Anyone know what movie title this is?
