Demon Wants Medallion Filled With Blood

I've seen this 80's movie on the Sci-Fi Channel many times but can't remember the name. I think it has Bruce Campbell in it.

People are trapped in a house and one guy has a medallion with blood in it that a demon wants. He pours blood on door and window seals to keep the demons out, but they slowly take out the people in the house.

When the guy with the medallion kills the demons, their blood is green.
