Demon Woman Goes From Hell to Earth in '90s Horror

There's a movie that aired on Showtime or HBO during the early to mid '90s about a demon woman who goes from hell to earth. I believe she loses her memory and is brought to a hospital or rescue mission. There she is taken care of and falls in love with a human doctor/canine companion.

Near the beginning of the movie she debates with her corpulent father (complete with horns, with normal skin tone) about the human world. This particular line uttered by her father stands out to me: "You....speak....blasphemy!". It's like he kinda sputtered the words out.

I must find the name of this beloved movie! I thank you in advance.
