Demonic Murderous Sorority Girl Taken Away in Straight Jacket

I snuck into this movie in a theater back in 1985 or 1986 about some girls in a sorority or college type environment.

A blonde girl is possessed by an evil spirit and starts killing people. At one point, she climbs a wall and flails around with her tongue stuck out like Gene Simmons!

In the end, they take her out in a wheelchair or gurney wearing a straight-jacket. The camera pans to her face and her eyes look all demonic and she flashes an evil grin.

Please tell me the name of this thing, it's been killing me!
