Doctor Harvests Victim's Eyes For Blind Daughter

My introduction, and the start of my addiction, to horror was a graphic 70's film where a doctor(?) kidnaps people and removes their eyes.
He did this for his blind daughter and it wouldn't work so he would have to get more victims. He kept the victims in his house/lab and they would stumble around with hollow eye sockets - loved it.
