Does anyone remember a movie about a killer doll?

A babysitter is looking after a baby and a toddler who has a doll. The doll tells him/her to sing 'I'm gonna get you'.

In the end, the doll gets them.

During the film there are also mystery knocks at the door and weird phone calls.
