In the mid '80s I saw a movie where a little girl's doll named Fida says to her, 'We can do anything...'

They have a special psychic connection and the doll terrorizes a family.

I can't remember a film's title, I saw it on VHS from videoshop. Thank you very much for helping me!

I'm pretty sure the scene with the ice cream machine is from The X-Files episode "Chinga." Fifth season.

I'm not sure if this is the same movie and I don't remember the name of it, but in the movie you're talking about is there a scene where the girl's mother takes her to an ice cream shop and she has the doll with her, and the woman who works at the ice cream shop gets her long ponytail caught in one of the ice cream machines and it starts pulling her by the hair until she bleeds from her head? And the mother is afraid of her daughter too?

Just thought I'd throw that in in case it helps anyone figure out the name of the movie, If I'm thinking of some other movie and this isn't helpful I'm sorry.
