What is the name of the movie where an old lady dies and her dolls (children) come to life? I believe the trailer says something like 'be quiet or the dolls will wake up'.

Yes the movie is Dead Silence and on the movie cover its a little poem "Mary Shaw had no children only dolls and if you see her in your dreams be sure not to scream or she'll rip your tongue on out at the seam".

I think that you're talking about Dead Silence (2007), a horror film about a creepy old woman and her ventriloquist dummies. The plot is (in my opinion) well executed. I mean, who isn't creeped out by a bunch of vengeful dolls?
